 Honeytree's New CD - coming Spring 2005 !
   Available in:
  • English
  • Spanish
  • Urdu (the official Language of Pakistan)
Featuring the guitar stylings of Phil Keaggy on 6 glorious cuts!
In 30 years of recording ministry, I have never been so excited about a project in terms of the people who will hear Jesus Music in their language for the first time! This is just the beginning of the vision for this project.
This album contains 2 songs with a dramatic Middle Eastern sound - "Call of the Harvest", which stirs up believers to be laborers with Jesus in His Harvest, and "Man in White", the story of someone who dreams of Jesus and is looking for someone to tell who he is.
This album also contains 2 songs by Latin American writers, Marcos Witt(Enciende Una Luz or Turn on a Light) and Gamalial Morán (Escucharte Hablar or To Hear You Speak), which are well known by Spanish speaking believers. I have also translated them to English, and now we have Urdu versions of them as well. It is so important to sing these songs in Spanish, English, and Urdu, because the Latin American church has a tremendous call to reach the unreached people.
What an adventure to sing in Urdu which is spoken by 80 million people, and is understood by Hindi speakers, of which there are 800 million! Wow! This will be a wonderful evangelistic tool for ministry, which will melt the hearts through the power of music in local language.

We will also be recording these songs in Sinhalese and Tamil for Sri Lanka, and in Farsi and Arabic, Lord willing!
